ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Photograph of a friend captured during an impromptu boudoir session at the hotel. Despite a large building positioned right across the street, for a short amount of time sun peeked through the window at an angle allowing for a shadow to spread on the floor, giving the subject extra dominance and mystery. Despite photograph being mostly posed there is a certain candid and almost longing feeling that image gives, allowing for free interpretation over the context of the situation and what what is happening outside of the window.

Mateusz Jagiello is the owner and photographer of Silk + Salt Photo boudoir studio.
Born and raised in Poland, since the age of 5 he has been studying music and art. Through the daily practice art became his life.

Photography gives him the freedom to fully express how he sees the world and people in it. Creating images that can be remembered and passed on to the next generations is his true passion.
