ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The slowly rotting remains of a once loved vessel now caressed by nothing but the spray in the wind, this long exposure portrays the passage of time, the movement of the wind and sky, whilst communicating serenity and stillness.

Joe Taylor is a UK based fine art photographer. He specialises in creatively using long exposure times to give artistic, narrative experiences for the viewer.
By capturing a duration of time within a single image, he strives to portray the vitality and excitement that can be found amidst the bustle of people, cars, clouds and everything else moving in the frame, whilst communicating calm, serenity and silence.
