ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This image was taken on stage at a music theater in Birmingham, Alabama earlier this month. I was commissioned for an album cover with grammy awarded artist and producer Dave Crenshaw. For the photoshoot, he wore a decorative tribal headpiece to commemorate his Native American heritage from the Atmore Creek Indian tribes here in rural Alabama.

AUTHOR
Leigh Ann Edmonds is a freelance photographer with a strong emphasis on documentary portraiture. Her work often depicts that of her love of people, music, outdoors and adventure. She resides in a small town just north of Birmingham, Alabama and is currently working with an ongoing portrait series titled RURAL ROADS. Her work has been published with Rolling Stone, Vintage Guitar and B&W Magazine.

She is commissioned for commercial and event photography as well as her STORYBOOK Fine Art Portrait sessions for individuals. She has been a freelance photographer for 15 years.
