ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The photo was taken in Berlin at the Holocaust Memorial. I wanted to intensify the mood of the massive concrete blocks in the front area and made a multiple exposure. So the concrete blocks contrast with the seemingly floating surface of the other blocks that overlap.

Frank Schasse is an architect and has been passionate about photography since his student days. He uses photography to express his creativity. Seeing plays a decisive role for him. The transformation of what is seen into a new image, into which moods and feelings flow. A very exciting process. Photographic art in particular offers many possibilities. Impressionism often serves as a model for him.
