ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The Melbourne Terrace Apartment building was the first apartment development built in 1994 and located in the CBD of Melbourne. It set the standard for future apartment developments in the city, paving the way for urban regeneration at the time. It has received many awards and is recognised internationally, being listed as one of the Top 20 buildings in Australia of the 20th century by Architecture Australia.

At each of the four entrances is a signature sculpture by the renowned sculptor, Peter Corlett.

It is the building that I have lived in since it was completed.
