ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I arrived at the location in the dark for some astro shots, but as dawn approached a fog began rolling across the dam, creating an almost mystical feeling as the light increased. I used a longish exposure and kept the composition simple to capture the peacefulness of the scene.

AUTHOR
Avid amateur photographer specialising in landscape and wildlife, but enjoy dabbling in all subject areas. Began photography in the late 1970's and had a little work published, but had a long hiatus from the mid-1980's till 2013. Switched to digital when I again took up photography seriously in 2013. Some of my work is on display and for sale in local galleries/cafes.
