Landscapes: Honorable Mention 2022 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Cypress Tree tunnel is a widely photographed location in Point Reyes National Seashore. The Monterey Cypress tree trunks wind and curve to form this fabulous tunnel that leads to the historic art-deco receiving station. I had this scene in my head for the past year, almost nagging to be captured. The early morning fog and light add to a calm, almost eerie atmosphere.
