ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Seeing the sacred dances of the White Mountain Apache Crown Dancers is usually a rare sight to most. The appearance of the headdresses and the face masks used during the dances is an exotic sight to outsiders.

AUTHOR
I attended architecture school and found myself taking photography as an elective within my curriculum. What I initially thought was going to be an easy 'A', actually ended up being a predominant direction of my creative process. I am drawn to the formal aspects of photography, and modern art. The attraction to form space and order come from my architectural background.
