ENTRY DESCRIPTION
During a Habitat for Humanity trip to Guatemala we had the opportunity to look behind the curtains and see a "smokeless" stove at a home that Habitat had built in the past. There, wood is the main source for heat which can cause major health issues when the kitchen is not ventilated. This stove happened to have home made tortillas and some pots neatly arranged for this still life picture.
