ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Fishermen of the Vezo ethnic group have populated the southwestern coast of Madagascar since time immemorial. The name means "pirogue men". They use small boats with outriggers to move along the reef, following the schools of fish.
Since childhood they are used to the contact with the ocean, however they also have a reverential fear of it; in fact, most of them cannot swim.
AUTHOR
I work as pediatric anesthesiologist, but I have several hobbies, the main is definitely photography.
I bought my first camera just ten years ago, when I had the chance to travel for a month in Botswana natural Parks. Since then I got more and more involved, and begun to learn, thanks to some remarkable teachers. Presently I love shooting pictures to draw any emotion I feel.
