ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I was absolutely mesmerized by this Victoria Crowned Pigeon's crown of feathers on his head. Therefore, I really wanted to make the focus of this image his beautiful crown.

I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and I am currently a rising senior at Wakeland high school in Frisco, Texas. My interest in photography came out of the covid-19 pandemic and it really took off when I was given my first Canon EOS Rebel T7 for Christmas in 2020. I love taking photos of wildlife and nature, and I have recently found opportunities to take photos of people as well. I am an aspiring professional photographer and hope to travel the world and take photos of animals in their natural habitats for magazines, like National Geographic.
