ENTRY DESCRIPTION
That day I was walking in area well-known to me. It was mid-August and I knew that some moose were already getting more active before the rut. At some point,
I heard the specific splashing in the reeds - I knew that the "splash generator" must be quite big. Lucky for me, the bull came straight in front
of me and his size surprised me a lot - in Kampinos National Park are not a lot of such large moose. As you can see in the photo, it was a very close
encounter - I did not crop at all. I am not afraid of animals, but I do not forget that they are wild and even a gentle moose can have a worse
day especially at this time of year ;) Fortunately, when the bull finally noticed me, he gave me only a merciful look, turned around and returned
to the wetland. Turned out to be as gentle as the eponymous Ferdinand.
AUTHOR
Wildlife photographer from Poland. Through my works, I would like to awaken certain sensitivity in the viewer and remind that the form in which we see the world around us and whether in a few years we will be able to continue to see it as such, depends only on ourselves.
From time to time I also photograph people and when I do I try to capture our lost relationship with nature.
