ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This hawk grew up in complete captivity, unable to fly and given food that did not meet his dietary needs. Close to death and severely injured, he was rescued by an avian sanctuary and underwent extensive medical care and rehabilitation. He can now fly.

The relationship between hawk and handler was beautiful to witness.
