ENTRY DESCRIPTION
Portrait of Luis Choez a handcraft man. These hands are a big part of the history os street soccer. He says he was never a good player, but he was always in a team because he will bring the ball for sure. Luis is an artisan who makes leather soccer balls. He has been doing this for more than 50 years now. His father stated the business, first making leather suitcases for a long time, then he switch to manufacture soccer balls because it made more money. Most of Luis clients buy these handmade balls to play street soccer in Guayaquil, Ecuador. A traditions that is still alive in this city. Picture taken with ilford HP5 120MM.
