ENTRY DESCRIPTION
"Man & Machine" is a photographic work about older men and their love for even older vehicles. It is about the passion for collecting and repairing, about the hunt for the right spare part or for the next restoration project; about the dream of reviving old machines, about freezing time and breathing life back into great engineering of days long gone - the eternal song. For a generation of tinkerers and screwdrivers, this hobby of the oily kind has become a life's work. This work combines staged portraits of the owners and their vehicles with photographic reportage at parts markets, garages and other locations.

AUTHOR
Composition, setting and props are created individually and according to your special needs and wishes for a distinctive look. The creative realization happens depending on the project with a well-rehearsed team of experienced assistants, stylists and make-up artists.
For the balance to his applied work, the native of Halle is drawn out into nature with his motorcycle and camera. In addition to landscape photography, fashion photography is another focus of his work.
For several years, Marco has been teaching at the Burg Giebichenstein Art Academy in Halle (Saale), which gives him new impetus for the further development of his work.
