Landscapes: Honorable Mention 2023 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
After a long day hiking, a vast weather front approached the Grand Canyon from the Northeast. As the light faded and snow started to fall in three separate parts of the canyon, it became clear to me that the scene could only be captured in panorama. The resulting image has a drama that reflects the violence of the approaching storm and the serenity of the timeless form of the canyon.
