Landscapes: Honorable Mention 2023 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This image was created in Death Valley National Park. It was during the summer months. The weather was very hot, even in the evening. I was the only person in the dunes. The winds were strong earlier in the day, but by evening, they had dissipated.
I have been drawn to Dune photography as the ever changing nature is so representative of life. The light and wind, and the way it changes constantly the landscape pulls me in. In
This particular image, the sparkles delighted me as they brought a sense of magic to the scene.
