ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I was recently photographing surfers in Sydney around sunrise, and had the idea of doing something a bit different using Photoshop. So I used one of my images of a surfer backlit by the rising sun, and combined it with an astro image I took a couple of years ago at Lake Cargelligo in western New South Wales. Both images initially processed in Lightroom, then combined and further processed in Photoshop

Avid amateur photographer specialising in landscape and wildlife, but enjoy dabbling in all subject areas. Began photography in the late 1970's and had a little work published, but had a long hiatus from the mid-1980's till 2013. Switched to digital when I again took up photography seriously in 2013. Some of my work is on display and for sale in local galleries/cafes.
