This image record the Earth God circumnavigation event on Lantern Festival in Taiwan's Shezi Island. Prayer rituals last from day to night.

In this borderlands, outdated streets are filled with intervening of time or space. Between tradition and modernity, between different roles, even between God and believers.

What I want to record through the lens are the countless intertwined flows of this trapped Island, it struggles between pass and future.
