ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The Girl in the Window" is the representation of a nostalgic girl, looking through a window, shot with available light on Black and White film during the magic hour. The beauty of this work lies in the poetic reading of the viewer who observes a woman in her privacy, anonymous and representing loneliness and reflection almost through a trascendental moment.

AUTHOR
Mario Pagano (1975) is an awarded Venezuelan Photographer & Multidisciplinary Artist. He began to tell stories from the age of 15, with a video 8 camera. He has lived in a variety of international cities through his artistic career. As a photographer he is self-taught and he has work in fashion and Fine Art photography, winning awards in various prestigious contest around the world.
Since 2003, he moved to Madrid. In film as a director, writer, producer & cinematographer he has 2 movies & 7 Short Films, and a great variety of Video-art an experimental pieces. Mario works in an artistic project that combines Painting, Photo & Video-art titled: “Deformed Beauty” and always combines all his arts with photography as a main tool for visual storytelling.
