ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This image is a double exposure of two images taken at a cattle branding in the mountains of Colorado. Ranchers are hardworking people who guard both the land and animals with intense passion and love. I loved the symbolism these two images together represent.

AUTHOR
I'm a fifth generation farm girl born and raised in Colorado. I love photographing western life, real moments in agriculture and also dabble in portrait and wedding photography. Shooting western images in black and white is by far my favorite style to capture.
