ENTRY DESCRIPTION
A young elephant with her mother photographed on the South African plains in September 2023.

It is dry and a group of elephants are looking for a remaining waterhole. The baby elephant can finally drink and in the meantime receives a small shower from its mother, water droplets in the sunlight complete the photo.

I am a Dutch freelance photographer, specialized in wildlife, nature and landscape photography. I live and work according to the motto "You can only waste time when you forget to enjoy". I enjoy the preparation, creative process and execution to capture my vision of our amazing nature in my photography.
