ENTRY DESCRIPTION
"Into the Light" is an experimental underwater series taken in Australia. It combines digital photography and darkroom techniques to create a captivating final image. The central focus is the model, floating gracefully in mid-water, illuminated by rays of light that adorn her body and environment. The photographer enhanced this digital image with an innovative photogram technique using water ink and marbelling to create light rays on photosensitive paper and then layered her photography to create this fine art piece.
