AUTHOR
I am a recently retired engineer. I became interested in photography in 1966 when my father brought home a Nikon F for me from a business trip to Japan. About 15 years ago I decided to concentrate on wildlife photography after shooting an Osprey carrying a fish back to his nest. My wife and I spend our time traveling the world in search of new foods, cultures and scenery. My interest in photography blends nicely with our travels. Recently, my wife has been encourage me to branch out to other genres of photography such as street, landscape and as she calls it artsie. Having started out in the film days Black and white appeals to me. I consider by self to be serious amature however spending considerable time on the learning curve.
