ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The December dusk cast its golden glow upon the riverbed, where I patiently awaited nature's call. After moments that felt like an eternity, a majestic cormorant graced a branch in the river's heart, presenting an ethereal frame. Seizing the opportunity, I meticulously crafted a double exposure, first capturing the bird's essence through a telephoto lens, then layering the vintage charm of a legendary Helios 44M 2/58mm without changing any of the camera settings. With each shutter click, I felt our breaths synchronize, as if the universe had conspired to create this timeless masterpiece. In that transcendent instant, bird and photographer became one, eternalized in a breathtaking celebration of serenity.
