ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I was drawn to the structure of these blades of grass, with their display of lines and curves highlighted by a coating of frost. The composition framed a section of grass that seemed to show a sense of balance with the angles of the blades. I made this photograph on a cold morning on the bank of the Merced River in Yosemite National Park.
