ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The quirks of Polaroid's near-instant chemistry, mixed with the serendipity of the emulsion lift process, produce unique images.
Layering those fragile emulsions onto rough handmade cotton paper creates accidental textures, adding volume and depth.
The result is dreamlike and ethereal. The process is perfectly suited to photos of the nude body: a photographic skin, with all its imperfections, reproducing the body's skin.
