ENTRY DESCRIPTION
A female Lion in Tswalu Kalahari Reserve had been pursued by a male for much of the morning and finally the male ceases to rest giving the female a chance to lay down in the grasses with face towards the sun in complete bliss. I took a number of images trying to capture the grasses creating a veil for the lion to be almost invisible.

AUTHOR
I am a keen photographer with a focus on wildlife and anything to do with nature. I have been taking photos for a number of years and always trying to improve and learn more about what my camera is capable of. In recent years I have had a few Canon cameras and my latest camera is the R3 and my first time using a mirrorless camera. I do very little post editing and try to capture the image without having to make too many adjustments.
