ENTRY DESCRIPTION
I have always admired fights. The more martial arts I tried, the more understanding I gained. The deepest knowledge came when I started learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It taught me not just techniques, but when to pay closer attention to the nuances of a fight. Fighters (and all athletes) do an incredible job preparing for their performances—pushing through pain and injuries, recovering, and returning to the stage stronger. Their journey is about digging deep for wisdom, finding peace of mind, and inspiring others along the way. Watching them reminds me of how fights are a part of human nature, mirroring the struggles we see in the natural world. Just as predators and prey face off, or storms battle with landscapes, fighting is a reflection of resilience, survival, and growth. They do amazing work, and I am deeply grateful to have the chance to witness it.
