ENTRY DESCRIPTION
It is said that Daphne was the first love of Apollo but unfortunately the girl never responded his love. It was not usual or possible for a nymph or a mortal woman in the Greek mythology to resist to the love of a god, but Daphne did so and in fact, she lost her life trying to escape this love.

AUTHOR
I am a fine art photographer and I have been practicing in
England for the past 15 years, where I graduated in 2007. I

have recently moved to Lisbon, Portugal, where I am prac-
ticing and developing my art. I started by reaching out to

ARCO where I met with great photographers and had the
opportunity to build relationships and photograph models.
My aim is to build a new Portuguese portfolio that reflects
the time I have spent here. My work has been featured in

numerous publications such as FRIKTION Danish Maga-
zine, HYSTERIA and FLIP magazine, and I’ve participated

in group and solo exhibitions in England and Portugal. My
most recent solo exhibition “You left a hole in me” in 2022
at Espaço Bento Martins in Lisbon, Portugal,
