ENTRY DESCRIPTION
The main activity in Taitung during the Lantern Festival every year is the Bombing of Master Han Dan. When Master Han Dan makes his tour of the earthly world, people along the route of the divine procession prepare strings of firecrackers and throw them to Master Han Dan pray for his blessing and for good fortune.
