Architecture: Honorable Mention 2025 (amateur)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
An image shot in the Tate Modern Art Gallery, the former Bankside Power Station, London, UK. I loved the shadows and light in the main turbine hall, and captured this image, just prior to closing when the light and shadows were just pefect for monochrome photography.
AUTHOR
I am a photographer based in Chester, North West England, an area of the UK blessed with some amazing countryside and coastline, and a strong industrial heritage, all of this influences my photographs.
I love being out and about with my camera, it's amazing how the light changes, you can re visit the same place, and every time you go back, it looks completely different. I love to capture the beauty landscape and cityscape through photography. I find Photography adds another dimension to my life, it's also wonderful for the soul and piece of mind.
