ENTRY DESCRIPTION
One spring day, I found Nuremberg Castle — usually teeming with tourists — unexpectedly empty, except for a little girl who had just climbed up to peek over the wall and gaze out across the city’s rooftops.

Axel Görlach was born in Kaufbeuren, Bavaria in 1966. He's living in Nuremberg as a poet and a photographic artist.
