ENTRY DESCRIPTION
This image is part of a larger series I am doing to highlight the shapes nature creates in flowers. All photos were taken in my garden or in the studio. Inspired by the films “Journey to the Centre of the Earth” and “Avatar”, with post-production the flowers have become similar to bioluminescent plants.

AUTHOR
I am a naval architect and marine engineer with a passion for gardens and nature.
My love for plants and flowers led me into the world of photography, I still continue to take photos of my garden.
In addition to capturing nature and landscape scenes, perhaps because I am an engineer, I am also interested in the geometries I find everywhere. In my work, I especially like to experiment by mixing various photographic and artistic techniques or create new ones.
