ENTRY DESCRIPTION
A candid portrait of my father, taken in 2024 in my hometown in Venezuela, while we were having a conversation about what truly matters in life.
As an accomplished artist and professor, my father often finds himself lost in contemplation of being and nothingness.
AUTHOR
I was born in 1987 in Caracas, Venezuela, and my journey as a street photographer has been shaped by my love for the underground hardcore punk scene, skateboarding, and graffiti.
In 2016, I moved to Germany, and by early 2024, I decided to fully commit to photography. These days, I shoot in the streets of Berlin, drawing heavy inspiration from the Japanese snapshot aesthetic, which has had a profound influence on my work.
