ENTRY DESCRIPTION
An afternoon storm rolled into the Maasai Mara while we were looking for animals. We noticed a single buffalo that was just standing close to the road. The rain was coming down very hard so it made sense for the buffalo to wait until the storm moves out of the area. We stopped to photograph the buffalo and we were getting soaked at the same time. It was a great opportunity to capture the streaks of the rain. I photographed the buffalo in the Mara Triangle in September 2024.
