Portrait: Honorable Mention 2025 (professional)
ENTRY DESCRIPTION
A "walk" through a village on stilts on Cambodia's Tonlé Sap lake, at the end of the rainy season. The water level was exceptionally high when I was there, and the floods devastated many rice fields. Imagine that the houses you see are actually built and perched 4-5 meters above the ground (in the dry season). The Tonlé Sap is the largest lake in Southeast Asia, and its surface area can increase fivefold in the rainy season.
Incredible discovery, incredible atmosphere, incredible portraits, even the end of a school day is incredible.
AUTHOR
It is above all my love of nature, wide open spaces, travel and discovery that guides me with a preference for landscape photography, but I remain curious about everything, including portraits and wildlife, culture, photography depending on where my travels take me. I'm a great contemplative who likes to share striking images, always striving to add a touch of personal sensitivity.
Passionate about photography since 2017, I have just started a professional business in 2023.
