Black velvet on its ears, cat eyes and hidden claws, a caracal crouches to drink. It is night in Kenya. The eagerness to quench its thirst doesn’t prevent it from keeping an eye on its surroundings. It seems to be looking at me, its gaze fixed, allowing me to capture a perfect shot.
