Portrait session this Fall

AUTHOR
Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, I currently live and work in Bellevue, Washington. Although I graduated from college with a BFA, emphasizing in photography, I never pursued photography as a career. It wasn’t until later in life, that I began to delve into the world of digital photography when my husband bought me a new camera for my birthday. My main focus is portraiture, and specifically Fine Art portraiture. Because I have very eclectic tastes, I’m continually on a journey towards refining my voice as an artist, but elements I strive for are capturing motion, creating work that is evocative, and elevating the ordinary. I'm thankful and excited to have this second opportunity to pursue a passion and cultivate a calling that was put on hold for so long.
